So ive been here a bit now and the past few days the site has been a glitchy piece of crap... and thats the nicest way ill say it. So i make a joke and reword their "site maintenance" message for a laugh and get a 7 day ban lol "spreading false information" then my wife was talking in chat betting turtles on sword when she seen 4.5 doge leaving her account randomly.... she NEVER bets over .8 on sword and never doge. she plays keno with doge.... she contacted their support and because the bets are in her bill "it is what it is" ahhaha this has been the biggest scam casino ive seen yet, how do you have a backend issue and my wife losses 120 dogecoin (87 of it was one win....her biggest win yet) and it legit stole it from her and support does nothing...... 315311045  dogecoin in bc game bankroll and they wont give my wife back her 120 doge from THEIR glitch..... that IS A SCAM. do that to a thousand players and thats 100gs in ur pocket. so for that i say this site is a scam. You can win money but withdraw when u have minimum cuz if coco dont take it, the glitches every other day will.  enjoy bcgame players, wont see me here until she gets what was stolen from her.

There is no way for us to "target" all these players at the same time with something like this. The maintenance was exactly that, server maintenance. This was the reason for any downtime, as the server is what servers the site. Hopefully you understand this, as its what actually happened.

@oinker I think he has every right to be upset.  There is a mod in here saying the 120 dodge was lost because of maintenance, which i don't know what he is claiming was under maintenance.  if it was BCs back end then will their backend shouldn't have issued the request to pull the dodge, and the only other back end he could try to pin it on would be the blockchain it is on which if that were the case it would be a lot more wide spread and i have never heard of that happening.  That is literally the reason it is replicated everywhere. That and so that there are multiple points of truth incase one doesn't agree in which case they take the most popular answer out of the records in the other nodes. So being a software engineer myself, i am calling bullshit, i am hoping someone wrote down that transaction information @TheRealKushSmoke I am looking at you to have that information.  Seeing is believing so having that transaction would not only raise your credibility but would allow others to also look into it which is the beauty of crypto.

As for the mutes and bans, while i can sympathize with you, I am sorry to say i also take amusement in the mods passive aggressive revenge tactics, it doesn't make them right or something i believe an admin should do, but it entertains me none the less, sorry about that.  I am curious to now how they could ban her for shit though when they literally have ShitCodes on the fucking site, that right there tell me that it is for sure a bullshit mooting probably because you pissed off the wrong person, who had to swing his dick around because you question his authority, which this is probably the most important thing he has had to do before so how dare you question anything he says lol.

@TheRealKushSmoke I also completely think you have a right to be upset, but being as how this is the internet and as much as we may all want it sometimes getting actually hands on the retards at the other side isn't usually possible.  So because of that it is good to remembver that you can "catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar".

@Oinker And do you think your helping by egging this on and acting like some easily offended child, or some super sheltered church going grandmother? Neither of which can be true because your gambling, which i am sure is somehow again what purity innocent thing your going on about being foul mouthed.  Maybe take note that many a study has found that people that swear more tend to be more intelligent.  Maybe that because my swear where are very versatile and using them correct can be tricky.  I mean look at the word FUCK, it can be a noun, a verb, an adverb,  and adjective.  If i think hard enough i am sure i can make it into a conjunction or preposition.  I can't think of any other word that can be used in half as many ways.

My apologies, shouldnt have been banned for this. We pride ourselves on providing a liberal environment for people to chat about whatever they want and usually only mute/ban for obvious offenses such as scamming/spamming. We've been slowly but surely getting things fixed on the site. The next thing on my list is the forums as well as chat on site.

Ive made sure to reprimand the appropriate individuals following this incident. Thank you for reporting, please let me know if theres anything else we can do to make BC a better experience for you (within reason obv)
