I can confidently say most players, especially those of us who spend a lot of money with you guys, wish there was a closer balance between money lost and money earned or at the very least have a fair incentive program aimed at players with a wider loss to ratio, that's an issue for another time though. I'm writing today to try and get more information about a VIP host. I've spoken to several people who have told me about them. When I reached out to support to ask about it they said you must reach a certain criteria, but My VIP level and wagered amount had been higher than the players I previously spoke with. I am not angry or upset about it, just a little confused about how this works and would like to know more about your perks and services as it is not always clear to understand. I came to the forum to discuss the way player loyalty on this site is severely undervalued. As much as I wager and deposit daily/weekly, the weekly recharge is almost insulting. For example, I consistently wager $10,000-$12,000 each week, sometimes double that. My recharge bonus is between $5.00-$7.00 each week. There is no value to play on this site when the RTP is incredibly low and so are the benefits. Gambling should be fun but it isn’t when there are extended periods of losing streaks. Playing 40-50 bets in a row without even a minimal win happens far too often on this site. That’s why people claim it is a scam. I know it’s not a scam so I don’t claim that but that’s one reason why others do say that. I, too, have asked support several times to have a VIP host review my account and have been told for weeks now that “it’s under review” or “a vip host will contact you if they are impressed with your gameplay.” I’m not sure how much more they expect when other sites that have way better RTP offer way better benefits. We have rakeback also, one of the highest in the industry at 15% + 5% booster. Players as low as v14 start receiving rakeback at 5% and it goes to 15% at v38+. With the 5% booster, it easily becomes one of the best rakeback programs available. If theres anything were missing, please let me know. In terms of recharge, were working on the formula at this moment. We're hoping to roll out the new version here very shortly, which is one of the thins wev've been working on. The reason why we've been having to be selective is we just started, and since our host hiring process is quite stringent, its nothing something we can just scale up immediately. It will take some time to get up to speed 100%, but we're getting there. Because for the last year or so the formula has been rakeback= ager amount*house edge*level% Or (wager amount)(houseedge)(15%) since I'm level 40 right now I'll do that for example. Wouldn't that mean that the house rakeback would be calculated for a pragmatic play slot sweets bonancw is I believe 3.2% house edge I'd have to check but let's sadly I was doing 5$ bets Wouldn't the equation be ($5)*(3.2%)*(15%)?? There hasn’t been much incentive for vips to continue to pour coin in when it really seems like lately the games have shut down. Regardless of bet size or game no matter what I do lately BC slaughters me in return. It’s next to impossible to even get enough RTP to extend your play session. One example is Egyptian. The other day I was awarded 15 free spins which is pretty hard to get. I got a 0.7x. I mean really lol. I swear there’s a blacklist here that takes players who have done well in the past and just automatically shuts them down from any chance of winning. Yesterday I was playing Beauties and it took damn near 300 spins to get a bonus which has never happened. The RTP on this casino may be the worst in the industry at this point. I play a few other places and some actual casinos near my residence and have never experienced the ass kicking BC has been giving anywhere else.
